The account my website is on is cfaurot@mail.com. I have been trying to reset my password but when I put my email address in the text box and click next for it to send an email to my account to reset my password, it says an unexpected error happened! PLEASE help me access this account again! I NEED access to my website!
Update: I managed to receive the email to reset my password, but when I follow the link to reset it, it says Error request could not be processed. Why can't I reset my password?
