Cannot Log in to Admin Area of Phpbb Forum, Despite Upgraded PHP

I keep on getting the following when I try to enter the administration area of my phpbb forum...

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/kano/public_html/forum/includes/functions_module.php(328) : eval()'d code on line 328

Please note that this is despite me upgrading the php version to intermediate which is supposed to allow the eval function. Please help, I don't know what could be the problem.

How long ago did you get the approval e-mail / message? After you get the approval, it takes anywhere from 6 - 12 hrs for the update to actually occur.

I did not get an e-mail but it says it is the intermediate php version in my account information.
