Cannot log in to C panel

I have tried signing into control panel. I does not say log in failed anymore it just never takes me off the isgn in screen now. I changed my password to see if this helped and it did nothing please help I would like to get started on building my website.

Yes I used that link from my account panel, just tried it again for good measure and it is the same thing as earlier not log in failed it just keeps me on the log in page?????? Ughhh!!!
