Cannot log in to CPANEL -- Chopin server?

I am trying to get my website files to make some changes and I cannot remember my FTP settings and I can't login to the CPanel to retrieve the settings. Can you please help me get my files!!!

CPANEL is down for me too, and has been for the past 2 weeks and a bit.

My FTP's been down for about a month now.
