Cannot log in to cPanel, FTP

My account was transferred from fris to starka, and all of my files are present, but I cannot log in to cPanel or FTP and I cannot update my password. The x10hosting control panel still shows my server as fris. My website is up, but my database permissions seem to be off, as my site cannot connect to its database. My site is http://chaosinacan.com (or http://chaosinacan.x10hosting.com).


I have tried logging in to cPanel through https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083, https://chaosinacan.com:2083, https://chaosinacan.x10hosting.com:2083, and the http://...:2082 versions of each, but I just get the error: "Login Attempt Failed!" The password reset button just takes me to a blank page.

When I try to log in to FTP using FileZilla, (using ftp.chaosinacan.com, which worked previously) I get this error:
Command: USER spadija
Response: 331 User spadija OK. Password required
Command: PASS * (edited. My password isn't one character)
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Since neither cPanel nor FTP recognizes my password, I tried updating my password through the x10hosting control panel, but I get this error in the pending actions page:
A system error occurred while processing this action.
Error Code: AE3E7FCC


Is there something that can be done to fix this now, or do I need to wait until all the server info finishes syncing?

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
