I haven't used my x10Hosting site for a while because I've been testing something and it's easier to do with an xampp server on my own computer.
Anyways, I wanted to upload what I was testing to my site now, so I FTP'd into my site and copied everything over okay. Then I tried to visit my site and I was told my account had been suspended. So, I logged in to x10hosting.com and looked around for a while, though not finding anything that looked like an "Unsuspend" button. I cannot log in to cPanel, either. I tried resetting my password (including setting up a security question and getting an "unverified certificate" or whatever notification from my browser) and when that didn't work, I logged out and clicked "forgot password" on the x10Hosting login page and reset my password through a link in my email. Now under "Hosting > Open Actions" there are two entries titled "Hosting Password Update". The main hosting page also says that my account is unsuspended, but I still cannot access my site via HTTP.
I know this has been asked on the forums before, but other threads I looked at didn't help me.
Thanks.
