Cannot log in

I have read the previous post on this page, and I have clearedmy browser cache and flushed dns, but I still cannot login.

Have you tried resetting your password via the account panel?

I don't know how to get there as I cannot login from www.x10hosting.com. when I click user
login on the top right of the page, first I get a page that says there is a problem with this websites securty certificate, I do get an option to click contibue to this website(not recommended) when I click that I get HTTP 404 NOT FOUND.

I am looking into this now and have escalated it to an admin.
