Cannot log in

I have been e-mailed that my account has been created but I can't log in to my Cpanel using my site and my forum account information. I also don't know what ftp URL I'm going to connect to. And when I visit my site (http://killerlipz.exofire.net), the page says that the domain is available, as if the account has not yet been created.

You're correct, it seems the domain is avaliable, are you sure you have the right domain (The same one you entered when creating your account) If so, have you tried remaking the account with that same domain? Let me know how it goes.

It's unavailable when I try to create a new one.

FTP host/address : killerlipz.ExoFire.net
cPanel/ftp username : bertrand
cPanel/ftp password : (you should have this in the confirmation e-mail)

Yup, those are the log in infos I've been using. They seem not to work both for ftp and cpanel. Either I have an invalid username or password, but I'm sure I'm correct with my pass, tried it several times.

Defec, http://killerlipz.exofire.net/ is avaliable for registration...Well thats what i get, the "Domain avaliable" message...It seems like the account wasn't created properly.

And when I re-create the same account, it says it's unavailable. :dunno:

Hmm, it sounds like the account creation process wasn't finished, did you recieve a confirmation email? If so did you click the link inside it and confirm your account? If not that may be the problem.

Yup, I confirmed that and was sent that my account has already been created.

Can i delete the account in question and you signup for another one ?
