Last weekend, I worked with Anna and Syed who did a great job getting my addon domain and sql dbase populated by Monday.
The website is up, as is the webcal dbase. These are not issues, and and have been migrated to Fris.
On Monday, Syed had given me a reset cpanel password, and on that day it worked for me and I could get into Cpanel and manually FTP files and pages updates. When I tried to login to Cpanel yesterday and today, the password doesnt work, and neither does my old or foum password.
So I am unable to login to cpanel.
Secondly, I noticed when I log into the Account Management System hosting panel, my primary and addon domains still say Absolut
Hosting Server absolut
Main Domain kingdomtools.us
Addon Domains phoenixpooltournaments.com
I guess I need to know, are my settings for my FTP still pointing to Absolut, even though Ive been migrated to Fris, is this a non-issue and the Hosting Server name will eventually change to Fris in my hosting panel, or, is there a change that still needs to be made by x10 that will allow my FTP settings (I use Dreamweaver) to find, connect, and work on the new server?
So my 3 issues are:
1. Cannot log into cpanel today, when I could on Monday
2. My Hosting Panel says my Hosting server is still Absolut, even though Ive been migrated
3. Cannot FTP outside of cpanel through my web design software (dreamweaver).
With all the open tickets, I assume that there are known issues being addressed today, and I will monitor the forums for updates. I just wanted to get my ticket here open for the staff to look at when they have time, and when my que comes up.
