Cannot log into cPanel

I've followed the instruction as laid out, log into "https://x10hosting.com/control/" using forum username and password, and change the cPanel password from there. But the "pending action status" of the password change was stuck at "process wait".

Please look into it. Appreciate your help, thanks.

Your account is on the Absolut server which is being moved to another servers. Your issue is related to that work.
