Cannot log into cPanel

Hello,

I've requested to reset my hosting account, but they required that they remove my cpanel account instead. Now, I don't have hosting because I need a cpanel account to connect to my forum account. I tried registering for the ad free plan via x10hosting.com, but they prompt that I already have hosting, even though I don't.
