cannot log into cpanel

hi guys.. I'm having trouble signing into cpanel.. I dont remember changing the password or anything.. I hope someone can help..

username: dzul1983
main url: narsyr.x10hosting.com
cpanel: narsyr.x10hosting.com:2082

I've tried changing the password in the account control but that didnt change anything.. I've alsos tried logging in from stoli.x10hosting.com but that also failed..

please help.. thanks..

where did you try and change it? http://x10hosting.com/account? If so, you should give it around 15 minutes after changing it before it might work.

as suggested, I've tried waiting 15mins.. well actually.. I waited about an hour.. but I still cant log into cpanel.. can someone reset my password?

Sent you a PM with a new password.
But it still doesn't work for some reason.
I'm moving this to level two support.

When I try to switch to the account using the reseller account I get Login Attempt Failed!
