cannot log into hosting account

i cannot log into the hosting account, even though i know that i have the right username and password, as i can log into this portal, thank you

Your account is most likely being moved to the new server Fris.
Once your account is moved, your cPanel URL will be https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/

any idea on the time frame, because i can see my web page if i go to its url, but i still cannot log into even the new server cPanel at fris. so maybe the migration is still going on. (not sure if this is important/related to the moving issue) but the fris cPanel location also failed the certificate check that firefox does to see if a site is legit.

The migration of Absolut is not complete yet. The issues you are describing will likely be resolved after the servers move.

I tought migration was over, but seems not last night I was working updating my site, all fine, now this morning I woke up to continue and i found this error:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Access denied for user 'xxxxxx'@'int.absolut.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES) [1045]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

i censured the database just incase.
