Cannot log into my FTP

I haven't made any changes to my site in a while and when I switched PC and tried to download Filezilla and then this error came up when I tried to login "
Response:500 I won't open a connection to "LAN IP Address (only to Current Public IP Address)". Of course those are place holders and my actual IP Addresses are in there. I am still confused on what to do as I have tried multiple FTP accounts and even set my maximum connections to one so It doesn't bombard the server whne trying to log in.

Need the log from filezilla.
In filezilla settings enable logging to a file and then login in.
Copy the results from the log to here.
