I had this problem a few years ago. I think my IP might be blocked. I can PM an admin my IP address.

When I sign into my panel, I get the "Sign in complete! Redirecting to the control panel.." and it just sits there redirecting. Then it times out. Happens with all my browsers.

Is my account suspended? Sorry if it is. I did login into it once I got the email. Thanks for all the help!

You had not logged in since December. After 30 days, your account would have been eligible for suspension in January, and then been eligible for deletion in February. Accounts that were eligible for deletion in March were deleted. But, you logged in quite close to when that happened, so possibly your account was pruned. Because reminder emails were not sent in March due to the server transition, x10 was giving users a one-time recovery of their accounts. That window closed at the beginning of this month. Now, there are backups, but the admin team will have to review and then let you know the status. In the future, logins are required every 30 days (not once a month). FTP and forum logins do not count; you have to go to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main .

I will flag this thread for review. You should see a response within a day or two.

I'd say judging from the dates, you probably logged into the main panel 3-4 days after pruning happened, but still with a big gap between the logins that made the account count as inactive.

Your account should now be restored.

I advice you to not rely on email as your sole reminder to login, it has been known to end up in spam folders for some as well. In my opinion it is also wise to login a bit more often then once a month, as a means to keep yourself informed about upcoming changes.

I see. Thanks. But it is still doing it. Should I PM you my IP address?

No need, I can get that from our logs.

The IP was indeed blocked due to failed login attempts, I have now removed the block.
