Cannot log on to Cpanel

I've tried everything but i can access cpanel.
The hosted site works perfectly but I cant change any of the files.
Please help~!

Have you tried changing your cPanel password at http://x10hosting.com/control/ ?

yeah, tried that!
But doesn't work...

You have to login with your email or your forum account then change the password in there not reset.
