Cannot log on

I was recently suspended for inactivity however my account is now active but I cannot log on to cpanel or my websight. am I doing domething wrong?

I updated my password and still cannot load my websight or cpanel. I tried both of these links and still get a browser error "could not find server link may be broken". Any suggestions? Sorry for the delay I was looking in the wrong place for a response. Thanks for you help!

I tried DNS flush still cannot load my webpage or control panel from either of my home computers. I can load both fine from my work computer at different location so problem must be at home. also tried url: ( http://lightningnthunder.x10hosting.com:2082/ ) doesnt load. It seems lotus is the only server I cannot communicate with, all other webpages I have tried load fine. I would appreciate any more suggestions.
Update: Just bypassed my router and all loads fine. Why would my router not let only this sight load?

I still cannot connect to my web page unless I bypass my modem. I have tried all of the suggestions posted earlier, rebooted my modem, router, and PC. I have disabled firewall and virus protection. None of these fixed the problem. Until a couple weeks ago everything worked fine with the exact steup I am using now. I have not changed anything intentionally. Have you changed anything on your server that would cause my router not to connect to your IP?

Link one loads fine. Link two does not load.

Link One is on Chopin while Link Two is on Lotus...your server.
Seems like your IP might be blocked by x10's firewall.
Just before your problems began, did you try to SFTP or gain ssh access or port scan x10? Even innocently, these things can set off the firewall.

Ok, so how do I fix this? I have tried every suggestion and I sill cannot open my page without bypassing my LAN. Is it possible to unblock my IP on the server firewall?

Is the forum username and pass same as cpanel, as i am having the same problem.

In your case forums username and cPanel username are not same. ata is your cPanel username

I asked my ISP for a new IP and they say all I have to do is reboot , I tried rebooting my router but I just get the same IP back. Can you unblock my IP from your end if this is the problem?
