According to your terms, I should sign in to my account every 30 days. For a while now there was no problem with it but today I've gotten:

"
We've detected that you are signing in from a country that is different from where your account signed up. Your sign-in is from South Africa while your account was registered from United States
"

I'm often moving around the world and don't understand the need for this new requirement. So now my account will be suspended if I don't login from the US?

Now got "Your Internet connection has been blocked due to frequent abuse."
What's going on? Is this a gift for April fools? Are the free accounts not supported anymore?

Accounts are normally locked to a single country, yes. That's to prevent people who are located in areas not serviced by x10Hosting from signing up while travelling or having someone in a whitelisted country signing up for them. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, but staff will have to know where you plan to be signing in from.

The "connection blocked" message is likely due to using a proxy or VPN, although some public access points and mobile service providers (who frequently rotate a small number of IP addresses) can be blocklisted due to the actions of other users (it's not necessarily specific to x10Hosting, as they also subscribe to common abuse blocklists).
