Cannot login FTP uisng my cPanel account

My account is sstock4, I didn't change FTP account confguration, I should be able to login FTP using my cPanel account, but I cannot login for several days.
Please help to resolve my issue.

make sure you are using one of these two as your FTP host

sstock4.x10hosting.com
or
lotus.x10hosting.com
