cannot login. How to change password

I have set my password with the word Test in it and now i cant login coz aafter regsitering and loggint it ,the site gives an error message sayingthe word test should not be there in the password.
How do i change it now.

Where are you trying to log into? The account panel, cPanel, the forums? Your forum account doesn't seem to have a hosting account tied to it.
