Cannot Login or "Link Account"

Just to tell you right now, I've looked at other posts and they do not solve my problem.

I registered an account last Saturday and I haven't been able to Link My Account, access my Account Manager, or access cPanel. I signed up with the username of pasacom. I selected the site pasacom.elementfx.com. The only e-mails I received were the Welcome E-Mails from the forum. I'm positive my registration went through because I can logon to x10 hosting's site, but I cannot access my account page because I cannot link my account. I did not get any other e-mails from this site. Nothing provided me any cPanel login details.

I'm really confused right now and frustrated. I've tried registering another account but seemed to have failed with those too.

So, bottom line:

• I have my x10 account. I can login to that.
• I didn't receive an e-mail with cPanel login details.
• Username: pasacom
• Registered Address: pasacom.elementfx.com
• Cannot Link my account.
• E-Mail registered with hosting/forum account mackenet@gmail.com

Can somebody please help me?

Well, the account I attempted to create today was successfully created. One of the account managers just approved my app so we can hopefully disregard this post. I will close it.
