cannot login to C panel

hi,

i need help as i cannot login to cpanel but i can login to x10hosting account management without any issue.

my username is ashwani5 and domain name is bhat.ind.in

i know my user name is ashwani4 for the same but when ever i login it says login attempt failed. i already tried to change password but still does not help. appologies in previous reply as i wrote by mistake username as ashwani5

yes ashwani5 does exist and i use that username to manage my other domain www.ashwani,in.
also i would like to inform you that i tried to add bhat.ind.in into cpanel addon domain section inside username ashwani5 but was unable to manage that one. so i have several times tried to remove it from there but it is still shown under drop down list of all may subdomains. but it is not being shown under subdomain list any more. eg: the bhat.ind.in is being shown under mx recod entry section

How many accounts do you have on x10 in total? and can you please list the cPanel usernames for all your accounts.

i have been able to identify what the issue was. i have two usernames only ashwani5 & ashwani4. what i have been able to identfy is that i had first tried to add bhat.ind.in to username ashwani5 but when i was unable to manage it independently and tried to remove it from username ashwani5. i created new one to associate i. hence the issue started as i can see bhat.ind.in in dropdown menu as explained earlier. but whenever i try to add bhat.ind.in to username ashwani4 it says domain choosen is unavailable. please help and do the dee the needful

You are only allowed one free account on x10Hosting. You need to chose which one we can delete.

please delete ashwani4. but please help me to add bhat.ind.in to ashwani5 so that i can manage it as well. also you can delete the ashwani4 for forum access as i again have ashwani5 as my other forums username
