Cannot login to client area in premium hosting

I am having trouble retrieving my information for the client area it will not reset my password I am not getting anything to my email.Any help?

I am guessing mail servers are currently down or something, is this right after you bought paid hosting or after?

I've had paid for a while now I just havent been on in a few months.
