Cannot login to cpanel and FTP

Hello,

I cannot login to my cpanel at:
http://webstigma.pcriot.com:2082/

and I am sure I give the correct username and password.
All I get is Login Attempt Failed!

I also have problem with ftp.

This is what I get on my client log:

20:21:49 Status: Resolving IP-Address for ftp.webstigma.pcriot.com
20:21:49 Status: Connecting to 74.86.133.219:21...
20:21:49 Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
20:22:10 Error: Connection timed out
20:22:10 Error: Could not connect to server

My account username is stigma

It works for ftp but I cannot login on my cpanel.

Look at the attached image.
Everything seems to be down and in the meantime
I was able to see my website and was connected
to the ftp server.

The only thing that I can't do is login to my cpanel.

You couldn't login to your cPanel due to all the services being down. Try again and check if it works.

Still can't connect.

The website sometimes is up and
sometimes is down.

I think I will wait until the problems with Vox - Stoli are solved.

This issue should be resolved. Stoli was rebooted and should have cleared up the earlier issues.
