Cannot login to cPanel & Database error

Hello,
When I click to go to the cPanel account, is says 'login attempt failed'.
Also, I cannot view my main page, I get the message 'Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to database'

Your cPanel is http://unevieavivre.co.cc:2082 if you still can't login try changing your password at http://x10hosting.com/control login there with your forum info. when you get to your cPanel please try to relink the database and the user.
