Cannot login to cPanel or FTP

My site used to be on Cossacks, but I do not know the new server it was migrated to.

I have tried logging into cPanel on Chopin and get only "login failed"

Ditto for FTP ("login authentication failed").

The "korjus" website is up and appears to be working OK, but I cannot access it through cPanel or FTP.

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
