Cannot login to cpanel

Hello there

I cannot login to cpanel, it says login failed (although I'm positive my login details are correct). I think my account was migrated to another server so that might be the problem? not sure.

Thanks for the reply.

I was able to login to the old server (Starka, http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082) but not on Chopin. is that normal? and should I update the DNS to point to Chopin's IP?
