cannot login to cPanel

hi, I'm new to x10hosting.com, and hence i don't know how to upload files. help me..
and, when i try to log in to cPanel (in mozilla firefox) the browser shows a dialogue box asking whether to save or open a file. everytime i try to both open or save, the file got new names with no extension. will it be any virus?
please help me

Try this http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 and login there with cPanel username and password and use File Manager to UPLOAD files or use FTP.

Do you get an error or the same thing you described about a file? I don't understand why a login page for cPanel would have you open or save any files, it's not supposed to. Just to be safe, run an anti-virus program on your computer.

Try logging into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, and then click on the button that says Login to cPanel. Please post back with any error messages you encounter if this is unsuccessful.
