cannot login to cpanel

Hi,
I just tried to login to my cPanel to no avail. Haven't done so in a while, so I might miss something. It was the same login as the login for the forum and account management on your site, correct? If not, is there any way to restore/reset the login-information?

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
