Cannot login to cpanel

Please let me know if the reason I cannot log in to cPanel is because of the work being done on my server. I was on chopin, user whoisdav, http://whoisdavidmiller.x10hosting.com/
I have used the password reset process thrice, I'm sorry for the duplicates.

I tried resetting the password 4 times over a number of days and they all say: "action status Process wait"
So the password never gets reset.
