the server chopin is not allowing me to login from here, after clicking on Login to cPanel':

no matter how many times I change my password it still will not allow me to gain access to my files.. forums account management OK, but it seems to not take with the password for access to modify files
shouldn't i be allowed to access the cpanel as well as the forums and account management once I have changed my password?
i have asked this question before and have recieved the regurgitated 'quick-fix' answer of '''oh, just change your password'' like I have not already tried that a dozen times.
