Cannot login to cPanel

I tried connecting to the cpanel on https://boru.x10hosting.com:2096/
It said: The proxy server is refusing connections - on firefox
What should I do?

Are you at work/school? Sometimes if you use a proxy you can't connect to non-standard ports.

I am trying to access it from home. The problem is I can get access to the internet only via the proxy servers.

Hello,

A lot of proxy servers kill any sub-standard ports. Unfortunately, most if not all of cPanel's ports count as sub-standard. I get the same error message if I try to get to any of cPanel's pages from behind my school's proxy. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it.
