Cannot login to cpanel

I have searched the forum and there seems to be no definitive answer for this. I cannot login to my cpanel. I tried changing my account password, and it still doesn't work. Is this a problem with my account, or is this temporary? Thanks

There seems to of been a error in creating your account.

I am sure as you have not logged in, you have nothing to loose if I delete the account.
Once this is done you may signup again, you may use the same forum account when asked to link the hosting account.
If you just signup for another you will get suspended for multiple accounts.

Please to confirm that I may delete the problematic account, post the :

cPanel username :
domain name :
