Cannot login to cPanel

I just made an account yesterday, and when I try to login to cPanel it won't work (iu just get a login failed error)

cPanel: gmshed.x10hosting.com:2082 (I've set the domain to www.gmshed.com but i just changed the nameservers and they take a little while to update)
cPanel username: gmshed

Can an admin please reset my password or try and fix this? Thanks. I can login to my account settings alright.

I dont know why my cpanel is not working from my computer while I can login to forums and main page of X10hosting.

That doesn't work either, I can't even get to cpanel. For some reason it comes up with the parking page I used to have on it, instead of the x10hosting page. It works for everyone else I've asked to try.

I realised why I can't:

1.) Regular users will no longer be able to reply to other's support threads. There is WAY too much confusion being spread by members who reply to support threads with WRONG information.

Could a staff member please sort this out for me here?
