Cannot login to cpanel?

Cpanel will not let me login? What do I do? Who do I contact to rememdy this situation? I cannot establish my site if I can't do this can I? Oh, my account hasn't been suspended has it, I am still posting here so I guess not? Thank you!

Well, it didn't let me in today either someone give me an explanation or I am going to go to some other host if I can't get some help in this matter.
I also need to change my password and or delete this account totally. I mean hosting, forum etc...and all. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
