Cannot login to cPanel

Every now and then, I am not able to login to the cPanel. I keep getting the error message login attempt failed. I tried changing the password, but stil not help. Has anybody else experienced the problem and what is the possible resolution???

I'm having the same problem.

Sometimes when I go to the login screen, a prompt will display and will not allow me to login.
