Cannot login to hosting account

My forum account is Sergey_Y, hosting name is (or was?) elsi. Everithing was fine, byt recently i could not login to hosting and it asked me to bind my user name to hosting account and when i tried to do that, it said that no such account as "elsi". I attended forum every 2 weeks to keep my account unsuspended.
Than i put some content on hosting and asked admin to upgrade PHP version to 2. After permission received everithing worked fine, but now it seems that account is deleted (or another problrm?).
When go to elsi.pcriot.com:2082 it sais "Login Attempt Failed!"

Hi, Christopher! Thanks for quick reply. Now I tried to register new account with the sane name and it said

Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for elsi.pcriot.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1)

Can you do this?

Thanks, Brandon. Now I registered the same account again. Everithing fine, until I want to create my addon domain blowdeal.com, as it is I had before.
It said

Error from park wrapper: blowdeal.com is owned by another user.

How to fix that?
