Cannot login to my premium account

I'm currently unable to login to my premium account. R1SoftLicences stated that my email address was not in the database. I signed up here with the same email address, but got a new account it appears. My original forum username was "gluxon".

It was human error. I was able to get back into my account after digging through an old password manager (although I'm still not sure why I wasn't able to reset it). Can this free account be deleted?

You have the option to delete the free hosting account under "Account Settings" in the portal.
