Cannot login to my web host by FTP

I cannot login to my web host by FTP recently, can someone please look into? Below is the message by FileZilla. (xxx is my login account)

Command: USER xxx
Response: 331 Password required for xxx
Command: PASS ********
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Unable to connect!

No, I cannot even access my webpage now, is the server down at present?
I can login to the Hosting Account Management page, but cannot login to the cPanel, the URL you provided is not accessible.

No one can help?
I cannot access my web page over two month, i cannot get feedback when ping the url aip.x10.bz. From the Account Management Panel, i can see both Forum Account and Free Hosting are active.

Any ideas?
