Cannot login to X10hosting... username and password don't work

I have just signed up to the freehosting and I cannot login to my account trying to access cPanel. It keeps telling me to login with my forum account details which I tried and did not work. I then reset my password and this still did not work, I then tried the new password in this forum and it worked fine for the forum but cannot access cPanel.

Did you get the confirmation email, etc?

The system does not show this Forum account linked to a cPanel account.

Sometimes, by accident, people create a new Forum account when they are signing up for a hosting account and that is the account linked to the hosting account.

What is your cPanel user (do not give out your password)?
