Cannot make FTP user

Whenever I try to create an ftp user, I get a red bar across the top of the page, but no kind of error message or anything.

I seem to be able to create FTP accounts on xo3 fine. Please could you send me a screenshot of the webpage when this happens?

It doesn't matter what username or password I use. I still have this problem.

Hi mstoffel,

As your account's username is mstoffel, I believe this username is reserved for the FTP account that is already created.

By default, you can connect to FTP without any action in your cPanel, by connecting to your domain name using your cPanel username and password as the credentials. This will give you full FTP access to your account.
