I have the domain bbfun.co.uk linked to my hosting account and have done for years however possibly 6 months to a year ago my site seemed to be completely gone. I have submitted a support ticket and I have received no response even though i had a prime account. I cannot create a new folder via ftp or the file manager. All folders including the public_html folder seem to have disappeared. Certain pages seem to state i do not have enough privilges to do simple actions and some simply point to a 500 error. If anyone could help sort this out I'd be most grateful. At this point I'd be happy to just have my bbfun account back.
