Cannot post to Free Support forum

Hi,

When I try to create a new topic or reply to a topic in Free Support, vBulletin claims I do not have permission to post in the forum. Can this be sorted out?

Free Support is only to provide support.That is why its only available through ticket system.You can reply only to your own thread.This is to prevent thread hijacking.
