Cannot receive email

I can send email and it reaches its destination. I have tried all 3 options for reading incoming email, Sqirrell, etc. and no results. I ran the email report and it tells me that I have received mail. I am using x10 mail services. Any help will be appreciated. rick@ramlende.x10.mx

Sorry to have bothered you, I just solved my own question. For those who may be experiencing the same issue, make sure that when you log in to view your emails use your full email address that pertains to your account.
