Cannot receive mails in my account

I'm user in free hosting, i recently configure my mail client configuration in Outlook 2010, everything looks fine, i send a mail and i receive in the account, but when i try to receive a mail, there is nothing in my inbox, i try a lot of times and i still receive nothing.
