Cannot remote connect MySql

Hi,

After porting to xo2, remote mysql connection is not working. It used to work in vox but now it says "ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on '198.91.81.4'" on mysql console.
Moreover in "Remote MySql" section in cPanel, "%.%.%.%" is already there.

Please see to this matter.

Access to the mySQL servers from outside of your Free Hosting account has never been supported. If you got in, you were "lucky".

Apparently the porting to xo2 closed a loophole. They will not open it again.
