Cannot reset password as no longer have access to original email

Hello, hope you can help. I no longer have access to my original email. Is there some way I can reset?

I can provide my username (also ventura10) and password to prove my identity, but for some reason I cannot login lately. The url I usually use to login is: x14.x10hosting.com:2222 and my website url is: ventura.x10host.com

The only information above that is correct, is the domain. The username is NOT what you posted, further more the forum account you post from is NOT attached to the hosting account.

The correct forum account, which was created together with your hosting account is the same as the actual username of the account.

Since it is only suspended for inactivity and from what you say you would be able to login if it was unsuspended, I have unsuspended your account for now. Please note that if you do not login to the panel it will be suspended again at the next check, so please do the following as soon as possible:

Login to the account, and create/upload a file called x10hosting.txt to the root of the account, inside this file you put the email address you would like us to set for your account instead of the current one. This will need to be a working current email address as you would need to do the password reset once we have changed the email address.

Hi Anna, thank you so much for your reply. I can now see that the site is back online... However, I am still unable to login.

I am a little confused by the comments regarding the username being wrong? Unless I wrote it down incorrectly? and I don't even know how to connect my forum username to my site to be honest.

Anyway, as mentioned, I no longer have access to the email address I used to sign up, and was hoping you could change it to my new email address.. As proof of my old email address I am happy to give you partial details (for security) here. My old email contained the characters d1921882...........

Also, I have a, possibly outdated backup of the code on my computer. Maybe you can check to see that the site contents match? Please see image....

In your initial post you mentioned usually logging into x14.x10hosting.com:2222, which made me assume you could do that when the account was not suspended. I have unsuspended your account, login using the above as mentioned and create/upload a txt file as described earlier:

Hi Anna, thank you for your reply. I think you may be misunderstanding my issue... My password no longer works, whether it's because I wrote it down incorrectly, or something has changed, I am not sure. When I try to reset my password with the email that I am fairly sure I signed up with, I am not receiving the reset password link. So basically I am locked out with no way of resetting my password.

The DA login details would not have been touched, you would however not be able to login once the account has been suspended, so when I unsuspend your account you only have a limited time to login (assuming you do figure out the correct username as the one you posted in the original post is NOT the actual username).

Since this forum account is NOT the one associated with the hosting account you seek help about there's really no other way for me to be sure you are the owner of that account.

The DA username and forum username for the account you ask about is similar to the one you post from, but similar is not good enough to prove you are the owner. If you would be able to login with the correct forum account we can take it from there.
