cannot see my A records nor can modify them

hello admin

i cannot use simple or advanced dns zone editor

i had few a records set in the dns zone. im getting error "There are no user-defined zone records for “bulksmsnvoice.com”.

if im trying to create new A record it gives me error "unable to find soa record"
