Cannot sign up for account (error multiple times)

I've tried signing up for an account several times using both Firefox and IE (just in case process doesn't like browser). I've gotten the same email from x10 stating, "The error that occured was: I". x10 suggested I try again, same error message. Any help would be appreciated!

What is the username and domain you are trying to register with?

I believe the username was "cbtl" and the domain would have been "cbtl.x10hosting.com" or whatever the default was.
