Cannot sign up for Free Hosting

1. On logging on x10hosting.com and trying to signup in 3 easy steps , on clicking next nothing happens.

2. On going to "signup now" and filling the form and clicking "Create Account" nothing happens.

3. Or trying through http://x10hosting.com/signup.php the link does not work.

Please let me know how can I create an account for Free hosting.
